On-site business support and interpreting
I support European and Japanese companies on site during meetings, technical projects, and critical phases where misalignment in language, expectations, or execution can slow projects down.
Based in Germany, I work on site across Europe, combining professional interpreting with hands-on technical and business experience. My work builds on long-standing assignments in international business contexts and collaboration with major Japanese corporations, including, among others, TDK, Hitachi, Mazda, Honda, Nippon Steel, Toray and Fuji Electric. It is grounded in a professional background in Japanese language and technical interpreting, with assignments typically carried out in German–Japanese or English–Japanese business environments.

- Meetings, negotiations, site visits, and trade fairs, including preparation and follow-up support as required
How I work
My role goes beyond interpreting and includes practical, situational support to ensure projects run smoothly on site. I focus on clarity, flow, and context awareness in mixed technical and business environments, allowing practical issues to be addressed before they turn into friction.
Assignments are available across Europe, the UK, and Switzerland. Depending on the context, I work from Japanese into English or German. I typically bill on a daily basis, with practical on-site support included as required.
